Your Tasks:

  • Independent processing of complex customer requests following specified processes, i.e.: Complaint take in, source information, sample shipping, price information, delivery status, via telephone and Email
  • Maintenance of information in the database in particular advanced processing of complaints
  • Maintaining and improving the quality standards
  • Documentation of problems and solutions in the database

Job qualifications

  • The ability to speak and write Dutch at a native level, along with a good level of English.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People orientated and team minded
  • High sense of customer and service orientation
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
