- Prepare written materials as requested, including presentations, reports, contracts or other paperwork relatively;
- Manage an active calendar of appointments;
- Manage day-to-day operations/projects + stationery;
- Collect relevant information under daily tasks;
- Shooting and retouch photos ;
- Assist fashion designer with daily routine works;
- Support in company events regarding all the aspects.
- Associate’s Degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in an administrative or other support function.
- Excellent editing, grammatical and research skills.
- Being proactive flexible with work, a solution-oriented mindset.
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite: PS and InDesign.
- Knowledge with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated personality.
