Job description

Our client is a global leader in the production of advanced materials/ polymers, looking to hire an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to focus on the continued growth of its Scandinavia region. This is a superb opportunity to join a high-performing, ambitious business.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of selling engineered advanced products/ solutions in a technical B2B environment, into the Scandinavia market. They will be responsible for shaping and leading both strategic and tactical sales objectives to achieve high-margin sales, and they will have the ability to operate autonomously. This position will report directly to the Global Commercial Director.

Strong technical sales and strategic relationship management experience with a combined remit of new business development and account management, ideally within the plastics industry. 

The successful candidate will enjoy working autonomously whilst also being a strong team player. They will be results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Frequent travel (4 days a week) across the Scandinavia region will be required, with one day working from home. This role will be home based.
