Job summary

To coordinate recruiting activities across all Move One offices in Poland (Warsaw, Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw)

Job description

Coordinate all phases of recruiting process for external and internal placement
Sourcing: Research and recommend sources for active and passive candidate identification (Job posting/boards; LinkedIn; Networking, etc.)
Pre-screening: Schedule telephone and/or face to face interviews to pre-screen candidates based on key qualifications identified by the hiring manager.
Interview Schedule: Create and coordinate interview schedule between the short listed candidates and selection team
Reference checks: Collect professional and educational references from candidates
Job Offer: Prepare job offer/contract and related documents for selected candidate
New starter preparation: Assist hiring manager in coordinating set-up for new employee
On boarding: Execute new employee orientation program on first day/week for new hires
Effectively and efficiently execute the recruiting process to meet define required cycle time defined by Corp HR
Develop and implement College Recruiting /Internship Program with local Colleges and Universities
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job qualifications

  • 4 year University Degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years successfully managing entire recruitment process 
  • Ability to build consensus and sell ideas 
  • Strong interest in learning and growing as Recruitment professional 
  • Polish native speaker with strong English language skills (speaking, writing and reading) 
  • Willingness to travel to the offices in Poland as needed (minimum 4 times/year)
